It purely baffles the hell out of me as to why a mod that just disables the border limitations would also have such a significant effect on fps, but hey, that's not what matters. Same with the massive FPS drops in Towns, they also werent there in the early versions until nvidia "improved" the game with their in famous Gameworks, introducing performancve loss and Rainbow Textures oun AMD Cards, along the Way. There is a bug that can prevent you from reaching the dlc area. I disabled the "No Borders" mod and the framerate went back to trash.Įnabled it again and the framerate drops vanished. In disbelief, I ran through the entirety of the Boston area at an unwavering 60fps. Everywhere else was a buttery smooth 60fps. So, as the title implies, I had a crazy amount of framerate drops as low as 15 in the city.
